Gorbandh Palace, an edifice of yellow sandstone with intricately carved balconies, characteristic of the ‘Golden City’ of Jaisalmer. This desert retreat, built for luxury and comfort enroute to the Sam Sand Dunes, offers contemporary luxuries in peaceful surroundings within proximity to the world famous Havelies and the Jaisalmer Fort. Inspired by the traditional Indian concept of housing – a central courtyard with accommodation around it. Away from the noise of the city and yet only two kms away from all the pleasant desert evenings.
